quickie from harstad

as there's some people wanting to use this computer in the hotel lobby after me!

today started grey but as soon as we left tromsø the sun came through again, in the end i was hot like hell in the front of the bus with the sun shining right in my eyes all the time.
we had a coffee break at målselvfossen, beautiful waterfall and there should be salmon in there as well, but unfortunately we didn't see any.
later on we had lunch in bjerkvik, a village on the fjord from where you can see narvik. last time i was there weather wasn't that good, today it was so there were lots of families on the little beach there and children playing in the water.

when we came to the bridge that takes you to the island where harstad is it went totally foggy again...but by the time we drove into harstad it was nothing but sunshine...though the fog is still hanging on the other side of the water from here.

we went to visit the trondenes church after we had checked in and the guests had been able to spend some time shopping / walking around town. very enthusiastic guide there again, bare hyggelig!

tomorrow it's an early start, we leave 7:45, and we'll be heading to the lofoten islands...hope weather will be as nice as last month, or maybe even nicer.... :D
